DESCRIPTION

The Masterbuilt Dual Fuel smoker offers the speed and controllability of gas with the great smell and taste of charcoal in one compact smoker. Featuring 4 chrome plated smoking racks, the smoker has the capacity to smoke 2 turkeys, 4 pork butts, 4 racks of ribs or 8 chickens as any given time.

The Masterbuilt Pro Series DF smoker has a push-button ignition for easy lighting and a patented porcelain-coated flame disk bowl which allows the flames to reach charcoal or wood chunks while shielding burner from grease. There are three air dampers for moisture, temperature and smoke control as well as a removable water bowl and grease tray.
