The duration of cancelling your order lasts for 14 days since the day you received your products.
Before the shipment of your order, you can cancel your order via telephone. You may be asked to provide further information for confirming the cancellation of your order. If you want to cancel your order, this Model Withdrawal Form is for you. Give it a try.
If your request for cancelling the order is received AFTER the products are packed and shipped for delivery by the delivery personnel, you will be liable to pay for return delivery costs. Therefore, it is advised that you must check the status of your order before placing a cancellation request. Check out Returns below. Our delivery personnel collect the shipments as early as 10.00AM just to make sure that the next working day delivery promise is met.
The below information is of use for those thinking to request or arranging the product return. Please read carefully. Within 14 days of your purchase of a product, you can request the return of any delivered product for whatsoever reasons including “you simply changed your mind”. To request a return, you must email.

Your responsibility is not confined just to returning the goods. You must provide the reason for the return of the product as well as bear the costs of return deliveries. However, this is subject to exceptions including damages (only if Buff BBQ/The Pit was informed about it on the day of delivery) and a manufacturer defect. The products that you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days after you inform the reason for the return. The returned products will be accepted only providing they are unopened and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the return, if Buff BBQ/The Pit finds it necessary to evaluate the quality or to repackage the product for reselling, you may have to bear the costs for any such steps. It is also imperative that the returned goods are unused and in a resalable condition. Before deciding on product returns, you are advised not to use them.
You may be asked to provide photographic evidence illustrating that the product you are returning is in good condition. However, this is entirely our discretion to demand. Any electronic file that further validates your case must be sent to Buff BBQ/The Pit. The printed files are also accepted as evidence.
After you submit your return request, Buff BBQ/The Pit will collect back the products from you. You will be issued a full refund and any additional delivery charges may be exempted for you if:
You received the wrong product delivered (including an unapproved Substitute Product) or the description does not match the product;
You received a damaged or faulty product about what you had informed Buff BBQ/The Pit within 14 days. Either the products/affected items will be replaced, or you can proceed with “Cancel the Order” and get the full refund. If you have received a defective or unapproved Substitute product, you will be exempted from paying any return delivery charges. In case of damaged products, you must write a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment wherever possible and notify Buff BBQ/The Pit on the delivery date.
Any products requested for return or cancellation are found altered with any chemical or paints or customized as your own including full assembly will be rejected and no such requests will be accepted. It is your responsibility to make sure that the products you wish to return are kept in good and original condition. If you received flat-packed products, you must return them as they were delivered. This includes completely disassembled products that must be returned as they were on delivery time. However, it is advised that any further damage which is possible during transit must be avoided by ensuring the well- packaged returned products. Though all the featured sizes and measurements are described in approximation Buff BBQ/The Pit reserves the right to make sure of their accuracy. You may receive a reduced refund on returned products that cannot be resold either due to new damage caused or the poor condition. Your reason of “you simply changed your mind” will not be acceptable for those returned products that have been either rebuilt or reassembled
The processing of refunds will be completed within 14 days after we receive the notification of your withdrawal request and the goods are received in an unused and resalable condition. You will not be able to get the refund for non-standard delivery charges whenever applicable (e.g. am or Saturday delivery). In case of currency exchange matters, you will receive your refund money only in £GBP at the exchange rate of the day. We are not responsible for any loss/gain you may incur due to fluctuation in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of receiving the refund.
